So it's taken me a bit of time to get everything back in order after such a wild and crazy December. I need to get something up so you all know we're still alive. I even had my mother worried. Sorry Mom! Here is a little bit of our Christmas down in Brentwood, CA. Sadly I did not snap a lot of pictures. I guess we were too busy having fun. We also have some of our New Years party. We had a nice quiet one at home. We had Cheese and Chocolate Fondue and then played some games, looked at pictures from the year, wrote down our favorite memories on balloons and ran around in them, and then rang in the new year (at 8:00) with all sorts of noise. Matthew and I spent the rest of the night relaxing and reminiscing. Hope you all have an absolutely devine 2009.

Nice rhyming skills at the end there. We missed you guys in Brentwood on New Years, but it looks like you had a fun little family party which is sometimes the best kind.
YAY! You're alive!
I'm looking forward to 'ringing in the new year' at 8pm next year, when Ryan will be old enough to understand what's going on. lol.
I love the quiet New Year with memories and all. How sweet is that? Of course the best part of all would be the fondue! YUM!! We're doing a bunco fondue night - sure you don't want to come???
THANK YOU, BETH-A-NY. And now Mick's on the phone with Matthew... it doesn't get any better!
Happy to see you and the gang. Tell the boys 'hi' from Dane and Aubrey -- and Miss Anjie :)
Just thinking of you... I signed up to play stake basketball... never mind that I have never played before. I had a blast... wish I had played in high school (of course I would not have played much with you and Crystal the super star athletes you are)...
