I'll have a . . . .

I remember my Grandpa telling me a story about my mom and her beverage of choice. They were sitting at the dinner table serving up their delicious grub when my grandpa asked my mom if she would like a glass of milk and she quickly replied, "Just Papst Blue Ribbon for me please."

Okay the particulars of the story may not be 100% accurate but close enough. For those who don't know their acholholic beverags my mom was asking for a nice cold beer. She had apparently hear a jingle on the radio or T.V. about Pabst Blue Ribbon, funny right.

Well, Evan is definitely her grandchild. When we were at my uncle's house chowing down on some pizza I asked Evan what kind of soda he would like to drink. "Just real beer Mom." You know, none of the stuff from a root. Oh the things children say!

Good memory...did Evan throw in a couple winks with his "none of that root stuff for me"?
